We will monitor progress very closely, beginning with full check ins every week & building up to more frequent check ins as we approach the comp or as you approach your end goal.

I can tailor the exercise plan to suit you. You don't even need to join a gym if you are not completely confident. We can work on increasing your daily activity levels by exercising at home, in the park or just going for walks if you have been inactive for some time.

Nutrition & training plan with full check ins every week & support if required in between.
