Kelly : In my nearly 39 years, after spells of being overweight and delivering 3 delightful bundles via C-Section, I thought that fitness and weight loss was impossible.
Eating little but of the wrong foods clearly was a bad attempt of tying to loose weight. Going on weight loss programs found on the internet were no help at all and were at great cost.
Lockdown during the COVID-19 Global Pandemic would have potentially been a recipe for disaster for the scales and measuring tape. BUT NO, i was determined not to become an accessory to my sofa.
After a consultation with Scott, I started to get excited about the future again and all the doors that will reopen for me by shifting the pounds and giving me those extra years with my family.
Scott got me thinking about nutrition and calorie counting and produced an easy to follow workout regime which I could do at home with little equipment and also got me out the house into the fresh air.
Within the first week, getting into a routine, I could already feel the benefits of drinking more water and watching those calories. After those first sessions of exercise, I noticed the “buzz” I got for completing them and the “buzz” is there every time now. I look forward to the exercise and I look forward to my weekly weigh ins and measurements because I see an improvement every time.
If you are honest with your food diary and keep on the exercise plan, you will see the results.
Scott is so encouraging and your natural instinct is just to make him proud. He is very approachable and if you have any questions or are not sure about things he gets back to you promptly and informatively to help you.
I can honestly say, I would not have had the will power or time if it was not for Scott’s fantastic approach to help me change my life. I recommend him to anyone wishing to rediscover their own health and fitness, and that is something I can never thank him enough for!
